Mike Glick,
President & Founder
Mike is the President and Founder of 57th Street Consulting, a strategy, policy, and operations firm serving corporate, nonprofit, and governmental organizations. His expertise spans management consulting, nonprofit leadership, and public policy. Mike is known for his dedication to client service and for his ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, helping organizations achieve clear, measurable impact while fostering sustainable growth. He partners closely with clients to co-create strategies that drive meaningful, lasting impact. Mike thrives on collaboration, turning shared goals into tangible outcomes that make a real difference.
Prior to launching 57th Street Consulting, Mike started his career at Bain & Company, where he rose to the level of Manager and helped establish a new Bain office in Monterrey, Mexico. Over the course of six years, he advised clients in a range of industries including consumer goods, technology, financial services, airlines, automotive, and education, with a focus on growth strategy, due diligence, customer experience, innovation, and transformation strategy.
At Bain, Mike partnered closely with individuals across all levels of client organizations. His hands-on experience ranged from ride-alongs in delivery trucks and overnight shifts at distribution centers to leading projects with Director- and VP-level executives and participating in steering committees with C-suite leaders. He also facilitated cross-functional workshops and oversaw teams of consultants. Mike’s contributions were recognized with multiple awards, including the Bain Red Award and Leadership Team Role Model Award, both of which honor individuals who excel professionally while exemplifying Bain’s culture and values.
While at Bain, Mike also served as Executive Director at Inspire, a national consultancy serving nonprofit organizations, where he oversaw more than 500 consultants across 25 offices nationwide.
Mike is a graduate of Yale University, and he has completed executive education in sustainability strategy through MIT Sloan. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
